At Elite Compliance Group, we are committed to providing accurate, compliant, and professional screening and testing services. Due to the nature of our services and the immediate costs associated with processing background checks, verifications, and drug and alcohol testing, the following refund policy applies.
Non-Refundable Services
All background screening, verification, compliance monitoring, and drug/alcohol testing services are non-refundable once an order has been submitted and processing has begun. Once a request is submitted, third-party costs (laboratories, court systems, databases, and verification sources) are immediately incurred and cannot be recovered. This includes, but is not limited to:
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout — applicant details, service selections, email address, and testing site information. Errors caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer are not eligible for refund.
No Refunds For
- Duplicate orders
- Wrong service selection
- Applicant no-show or refusal
- Invalid or incorrect information
- Third-party delays beyond our control
Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
Refunds may be considered at Elite Compliance Group's sole discretion only when: the order was never processed to the vendor; a duplicate billing charge has been verified; or Elite is unable to deliver the requested service.
Chargebacks
Important
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact Elite Compliance Group first. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collections action, account suspension, and administrative fees.
Turnaround Time Disclaimer
Turnaround times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to court systems, laboratories, schools, vendor response times, government agencies, holidays, or other third-party delays beyond our control. Elite Compliance Group does not guarantee specific completion times.
